Your good old Sven Co-op 3.0 (NOT THE STEAM ONE) with some classic custom and default maps from early 2000s. Also with spawn protection and with a modified easy difficulty (improved damage and "infinite" health/armor chargers).
NOTE: I'm currently feeling lazy to put an RTV plugin. If you need to change maps, use the Sven Co-op's integrated Vote Menu with votemenu in console.

NOTE: Players with default nicknames (such as "Player" or "Driver") or with less than 1 score will be excluded. This data updates each 5 minutes.

How to play
Install Half-Life on Steam, get the Sven Co-op 3.0 installer from here and follow the steps (also consider disabling HD models and SP maps support). In your Steam library it should appear as "Sven Co-op" without an icon, or you can just play directly from the shortcut the installer created to you in the desktop.
