TetriNET is a multiplayer Tetris game created by St0rmCat back in 1997 which includes new features such as "special blocks". It also has another version called TetriFast which removes 1-second delays per blocks. Although the popularity of this game was declining since mid 2010s, it's still playable today.
This TetriNET server is running with Perl TetriNET Server, with TetriFast compatiblity and also with channels with custom game rules.
How to play
In order to play, you'll need a TetriNET client. If you're on Windows you can grab the original TetriNET client (which still works on Windows 10), aTwin or Blocktrix. If you're on Linux, you can get GTetrinet (sudo apt install gtetrinet if you're on Debian) or tetrinet-client (sudo apt install tetrinet-client if you're on Debian). If possible you can try using Wine along with the previous mentioned Windows clients if you don't like the native ones.
If you want direct links to the clients instead, check the PubFiles.
